Project Timeline & Process

Our 6-month journey from initial contact to completion followed a structured yet flexible process that kept the project on track while adapting to Joshi Corporate's evolving needs.

Week 1 – Initial Interaction

Joshi Corporate reached out through our website. We conducted a virtual meeting to understand their expectations, work culture and operational workflow.

Week 2 – Site Visit & Requirement Mapping

Our team visited the proposed site. Space utilization, employee strength, departmental adjacencies, and future expansion plans were documented.

Week 3–4 – Concept Development

Mood boards, layout options, and 3D concepts were shared. The client loved the modern, collaborative workspace idea, especially the biophilic elements and ergonomic workstation planning.

Week 5–8 – Design Finalization

Approved inclusions: Adjustable-height ergonomic desks, acoustically treated cabins, smart lighting & climate systems, collaborative zones, custom breakout areas, and nature-integrated design approach.

Month 3–6 – Execution Phase

Civil work, electrical planning, MEP integration, and carpentry started. Weekly review meetings with the Joshi Corporate leadership ensured every detail aligned with the approved design.

The cafeteria and breakout zones were custom-designed to uplift employee well-being and became an instant favourite during site walkthroughs. We incorporated natural materials, abundant greenery, and flexible furniture arrangements that could adapt to different team sizes and work modes.
